  1. I like this option as an opt-in by the patron or also as a library setting. For instance, we have a separate location that serves our GLASS (Georgia Library for Accessible Statewide Services) that currently uses KLAS to manage talking books for their patrons, one of the reasons being that their staff do a lot of recommendations and selections for patrons based upon their past reading history in a much different way than our normal public library staff do.
