    Library Settings Editor allows library to show example of DOB entry on Staff Registration and on Patron Self Registration.

    However, patron self registration only allows submissions in one format. It also is contrary to how system accepts it for staff.

    Yikes! I would expect both of these to default to a format determined by locale of the computer unless overridden by a setting.

    The bootstrap OPAC developed by Chris Burton includes a date picker that alleviates this issue.
